Our home was built in February 2013, purchased by us for 252,000 and it had increasingly gone up to 329,000 on Zillow up until September 2016.Then in October 2016 (1 month later) it dropped down to 247,000, so less than we purchased it for.
Nothing has changed to our house and we are in a development that is still building houses all around us that are all increasing in value each month. There is no reason for the drop in 1 month! Zillow says it's their algorithm and can't fix it. Their information is false.
The graph has always shown our home value going up but now it suddenly shows it gradually dropped down to where it is now. I have the screen shots to show all of this. Zillow is a complete scam and seems to be able to make lies without any consequence at all to this business.
Very sad that a company runs this service like this.SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
