If they don't like your reason, they won't answer the call they will just keep repeating the same words over and over and over. There is no option except for one, and if that is not what you need help with it will not help you.

They have my home at 1996 Shannons Cove Miramar Beach FL devaluated $400,000+ and having been sold in March of 2024. We have owned the property since October of 2015..
I checked with Walton County Tax Assessor and we are stillIisted as the owners. No indication of “Sold” in 03/24.The $400,000 one day drop and the sale is SO incorrect!
Price drop 400,000 dollars in one day., Also listed as sold. Called the Walton county taxasseor andno changes reported.
Sill in our name valuation is over $800,000.
Need to
fix, getting calls many day yo buy at the half price on the property. Cant seem to get it fixed

The company doesn’t seem to be interested in resolving the issue, so I recommend getting their attention by listing your house on Redfin or other competitors where you have more control over what is shown about your property.
They are deaf to customer expectations, preferring to satisfy the financial goals of the NAR.
I uploaded a dozen pictures of my home and recently discovered that NAR has removed them and now I can't reload my pictures. I want to know why this was allowed and why I can't upload my own pictures and list my property with my pictures.

I paid for a premier rental listing, and they wont even let me publish my rental listing! They have taken my money, but yet they will not publish my listing and theres no way to contact them! I am really pissed!!!

For over two months now I have been looking for places and put in multiple applications for a viewing and of the 40 that I submitted I only heard back one time. What is the point of having this app if no one gets back to you? Very disappointed
