Zillow owns HOTPADS.com which misrepresents Properties Listed
- - Hotpads misrepresents my rent as $500 above market.
- - Nearby listings show $1,900 and a $1,500 studio.
- - My unit is a true 1 bed 1 bath, 725 sf.
I just listed a rental property Zillow.com, which feeds Hotpads.com. My property has a Rent Rate of $1,500.
Hotpads MISREPRESENTS my property by claiming it is $500 above the market in ******. This is UNTRUE because the property behind me is asking $1,900.
Another property is 1.5 BLOCKS away, and is a studio property is asking $1,500. My property is a true 1 bedroom 1 ba, 725sf.

I call caustomer service have received no help in the last 90 minnutes. Zillow customer service referred me to company called "just answer" and they just jacked me around. I simply need to rectivate

Incorrect pictures. Failure of customer support to understand issue
Numerous emails stating that the pictures from a listing 9 years ago are correct. Approximately 2 weeks ago there were 4 current pictures.
Now they are gone.
All answers claim that the 28 pictures are correct. They are not.

I'm trying to apply for homes in my screening reports saying they cannot be pulled due to a system error. It's been like this for the last couple of weeks, and then my 30 days will be expired. I need my time back, and I need.

Couple questions
- - Asks about the fee to use Zillow for renting.
- - Wants to know if a denial for one house affects others and if they will be approved for a house.
I need to talk to someone about the fee and some other questions. I need to know if I pay the fee to get on Zillow and rent a house, if I get denied on one house, does that mean I'll get denied on all the other houses that I would like?
And if I don't get a house, then I lose $30. I found a couple on there I'd like, but I don't know if I will get approved for a house.

Zillow used wrong data New custom home is worth more th $150 sq ft. by
- - Zillow estimated my brand new custom built home very low; cost was over 300k.
- - Older homes on the same street with less sqft appraised for more.
*** estimated my house very low. Dont understand why as brand new custom built home has to appraise for more than $150 per square foot.cost cost was ver 300k.
Older homes with less square footage on the same street appraised for more money. How do you figure that?

Several prospective tenants have made appointments and then not showing up. Are scammers now on Zillow and playing games with landlords, making them show up for appointments when they have no intention of meeting with them?
