Issues with Zillow "For Rent" listing.
My For Rent listing had several issues I couldn't resolve myself. I contacted, via email, Elizabeth M., Customer Care Advocate, Rentals.
She was fantastic.
Very responsive and precise with identifying the reasons for my problems and suggestions how to fix them. I was really, totally, thrilled with her service!

User's recommendation: After reading so many dissatisfied comments from previous posters I was expecting the same. I was totally surprised how well my case was handled by Elizabeth M. Thanks. So, my recommendation is, send those emails to Zillow support and you might get help you need, as I did.

For sale by the owner,, no help at all
Its impossible to speak to anyone. The human service simply doesnt exist.
Calls drop, no support, no callbacks, and my listing stays stuck under review. Extremely frustrating.

Having problems submitting the credit report information area it said it’s a system error
I can't reach a live person to discuss my issues with submitting the credit report and background check part of my application, which is causing me to not be able to apply for 3071 Joslyn and now I've already paid for the application.

Ok the house waa 800 had to just pay 50 fee but t h en so we can see the house i had to pay deposit then ok waited 2 more days attorney to sign the agreement lease ok we did it and now we were to neet at 3 pm today at 230 h e called said attorney refused until i paid january 800 no see house well the lease said a lot,moreDO NOT DEAL WITH ORTIZ

Scam and I am trying to get my money back
Don’t use Zillow they have people out there that they have working for them that will scam you out of money
I have not heard anything from them about this situation and they have not reached out to me to ask me anything about it and have not tried to resolve it

Price despuute I sold my house 2 Hardy Ln westbury NY for $224****but Zillow shows for $249****.pls fix this.I am The seller.
I need to fix the real sold price as it shows more than the sold price.

I did receive a message from Pissed Consumer about “The owner and property manager more than likely advertised on other sites besides Zillow.THEY are the problem. Zillow has no control over an owner not responding.” The truth is Zillow let certain managers & owners advertise any home or apartment on their website and when it comes down to it consumers are getting the run around when they want to view an apartment.
So Zillow doesn’t really care. I don’t know if Zillow has a Customer Service complaint number where that person can call and express their frustrations about any problems they’re having so it can be resolved. So no offense to Zillow or Pissed Consumer.
That’s just my opinion. Thank you for your time.
I waited a couple more days for this guy to get back to us about showing us the 1 bdr. & 1 bath apt. on 2445 Warren Avenue in Long Beach, but still no response from the owner or manager. I have no clue or idea what the *** is going on with Zillow's website, let alone these managers who don't believe in responding to people who are interested in seeing the apartments that their website has on display!
It is absolutely ridiculous.
And I feel if you're not interested, don't bother to respond back to us, but if you are, please feel free to give us a call! Either you can deal with us or not, because this was a wonderful waste of time on our part, meaning my mom and me.

User's recommendation: I highly recommend if anyone who is looking to buy a home or even renting an apartment I suggest other options besides Zillow.com, there are other websites who are more than willing to work with a person who are interested in finding a home or an apartment. And won’t leave them hanging like Zillow.com!!
The owner and property manger more than likely advertised on other sites besides Zillow. THEY are the problem. Zillow has no control over an owner not responding.

Pictures of my house that I paid for that I would like taken off after I sold it
I paid for pictures for my house to be sold, and I sold it. I expect the pictures to be taken down so no one can use them to resell the house. They must take their own pictures.

User's recommendation: Do not put pictures of your house on Zillow because they will keep your pictures and use them for future sales which you paid for them and they should have to pay for new pictures if they want to sell house on their own

You have a person that say his name is Andrew and work with you all and he scam me out of money and its been 5 months and I still havent received my money back yet and he keep saying they are waiting on me to send 100 dollars to get my money back through Cash App at first it was if you send a 100 dollar it will be deposited on your apple wallet and I still havent received that yet either

You got scammed. That person was never with Zillow.
Agree. Zillow also doesn’t get involved in any rental or purchase.
They are a listing site for available property and real estate agents. They get their money through those that wish to advertise.
