Possible scam really need immediate help
We were asked to pay an application fee via PayPal or cash app and then progressed to sending an eight hundred dollar security deposit by purchasing an apple prepaid card and giving her the number from the card via instant messaging with absolutely no phone number available to talk to someone live.
User's recommendation: Never pay for anything over the phone without proof of who their talking to.

Im trying to post my property, Ive completed all the required information but I havent received a phone call from them or seen it posted on the Zillow website. Ive been trying for a month now with no luck.

I am on Zillow, trying to submit applications for their rentals. As I submit applications and pay for the submission, someone else's profile comes up, and I cannot change it or submit the applications for the rentals that I paid for.
Preferred solution: I would like to get this issue resolved so I can submit applications for rentals. I’m in need of a place right away.

Been trying to advertise my property for sale for a month now with no phone call and no notification of any kind.
Tried to download information about mt lot that I have for sale. I followed all the steps and I put the information.
They were supposed to call me to confirm my address but they never did.
For any of the three times that I input it. I really would like to post my lot here on this site.

Locked out of my account
This is an issue that has severely impacted my business and personal finances due to Zillow's random and repeated disabling of my account. Despite having submitted all of the required documentation and complying with all requests, my account remains locked, and I am unable to access critical properties, documents, and background checks. This has caused a cascade of issues, culminating in a significant real estate deal now being at risk of falling through.
The property in question is owned by my fiancée, and we were scheduled to finalize a lease agreement today. Due to this account blockage, I have lost access to the listing, and it is now marked as 'off market.' This has caused confusion among prospective renters, many of whom may now be lost entirely. The renters we were set to sign with are understandably upset, and the deal, which represents months of work, is now in jeopardy. As a result, I am potentially facing a financial loss of thousands of dollars.
To make matters worse, Zillow's lack of urgency in resolving this issue reflects a serious flaw in customer service and system management. The random disabling of my account, combined with the prolonged resolution time, has created an incredibly poor customer experience. I have complied with all documentation requests and have jumped through every hoop Zillow has asked of me, yet I remain unable to access my account or continue managing my listings.
This situation not only threatens my current financial standing but also damages my brand and reputation. I am losing potential renters daily due to the inaccessibility of my listings, and the inability to communicate with prospects is deeply frustrating.

They took my money all my info was saved including correspondence w a potential landlord, and it all erased within 1 week!! I notified them n heard nothing back from them!!!
I paid the $35 fee which apparently is supposed to allow me up to 30 days of unlimited applications. I started corresponding with a potential landlord.
Had everything set up to go see the place had to reschedule and then thats when everything was erased. tried to contact Zillow via email and on their complaint line, heard nothing back in return its been 10 days now since I contacted them

Adding Photos to my home address
As a homeowner, I have a Zillow account. I have added and edited photos of my home at 16410 Blue Whetstone Lane, Odessa, FL 33556 several times in the past. However, recently over the past 30 days, I have tried numerous times after logging in to edit my home facts and to add additional photos, but have been unable to find an option to do so in the edit area.
Your help screen states: 'Log in to the Zillow profile you used to create the listing, click the profile icon, select 'Your Home', click 'Edit Listing', scroll to the 'Photos' section, click 'Add new photo', and select the photos you want to upload.'
But under the 'Photos' section, there is no option to 'Add New Photo'.
Preferred solution: Let me know how I can uplaod additional photos to my home.
