Gregory Anderson signed up for Zillow on March 29. I paid 35 dollars.
Then I signed in for another apartment and had to pay 35 dollars again.
They said that it's 30 days. I am owed a refund.

There prices are so off, it almost funny

- - The home includes a smart HVAC, generator, and daily maintenance.
You cannot assume or lump the price of a home in a subdivision, based on what the price of other homes are or have gone for. There is NO comparison in our home, to almost any other in our subdivision.
We have gotten awards for outside and our inside still looks like the day we bought it as far as clean, newly painted, new carpets, you name it. But, we are the only one who have made serious upgrades and do daily maintenance on every single equipment in this house, to keep it top running. We have a very expensive Smart HVAC system, a whole house Generator, and lovely landscaping. The house across from us, is almost considered nasty, especially the outside Our is immaculate and we spend a couple thousand a year to keep it that way.
Our home is not worth 465K as you say, we wouldn't list for under 500K . We hace had so many people making offers to us almost monthly.

- - A non-owner took over my property page, changed photos, and listed it for rent.
- - Incorrect data still appears on my ownership page; I can't correct it.
They re-instated an accurate picture of my home (taken from realtor.com, which I provided to them), changed status to "off market" (was never for rent) and reinstated my ownership. Not a completely accurate update based upon my recent MAJOR renovation ...
but close enough so I can tinker with it later to update to a more accurate depiction of the current home. Skip the process Zillow wants you to follow -- and write to Zillow legal. Remind them that you have arrows in your quiver and you're not afraid to use them.
In the current atmosphere of focus on "surveys" and "online ratings" .... you'd better address customer complaints when you're clearly at fault.
So -- my $1M home (which it cost me $2M to renovate) looks like a *** $1850/month rental BECAUSE SOMEONE COULDN'T tell the difference between the WEST part of the town and the EAST side.
There's a HUGE difference. Still pissed and following up with Zillow.

- Incorrect derivation of ownership data and erasure of correct data
Preferred solution: Restore the correct data about my property -- AND AN APOLOGY and explanation WHY they let someone who does NOT own the property to take control of it.
User's recommendation: Be VERY careful about your ownership page ... watch it intently. Zillow SAYS they get ownership data from county ownership records, but this is obviously not the case and they have ZERO quality controls in place.

I am writing to request assistance regarding the photo order on one of our listings - 11766 Rocky Hill Rd, Bristol, VA 24202.
We have already updated the photos on our end; however, the photo order is still showing the same sequence on Zillow.
Specifically, picture #2 and #3 are interior photos of the barn. They need to be moved later in the lineup to be grouped with the other barn photos.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in refreshing or correcting the photo display order on our listing.

What they list is an estimate for market value. Any inside upgrades or high-end finishes are not considered.
That would be the appraisal. Your real estate agent (when/if selling) will be more proficient at determining selling price after a walk-through.
It sounds like you want bragging rights for the most expensive house. PS, invest in some brick or stone exterior work.
