Incorrect property listing
Follow allowed a non-owner of one of my properties to take it over (on MY page), changing the picture, listing it for rent, and erasing correct historical data for the property (built in 1955, extensively renovated during COVID, and owned by my family since 1964). Contacting Zillow has only been a run around -- I made the fake owner and the rental realty company at LEAST take the home "off market" but the incorrect data still shows on my ownership page and Zillow won't let me correct it.
So -- my $1M home (which it cost me $2M to renovate) looks like a *** $1850/month rental BECAUSE SOMEONE COULDN'T tell the difference between the WEST part of the town and the EAST side.
There's a HUGE difference. Still pissed and following up with Zillow.

- Incorrect derivation of ownership data and erasure of correct data
Preferred solution: Restore the correct data about my property -- AND AN APOLOGY and explanation WHY they let someone who does NOT own the property to take control of it.
User's recommendation: Be VERY careful about your ownership page ... watch it intently. Zillow SAYS they get ownership data from county ownership records, but this is obviously not the case and they have ZERO quality controls in place.

Photo Order Display Issue on Listing
Dear Zillow Support Team,
Good day! I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request assistance regarding the photo order on one of our listings - 11766 Rocky Hill Rd, Bristol, VA 24202.
We have already updated the photos on our end; however, the photo order is still showing the same sequence on Zillow.
Specifically, picture #2 and #3 are interior photos of the barn. They need to be moved later in the lineup to be grouped with the other barn photos.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in refreshing or correcting the photo display order on our listing.
Please let me know if you need any additional details from my end.

Can not access to read the applicant’s application
I have a property put on Zillow for rent, and I have been a customer with Zillow for more than 10 years. Starting from yesterday, I cannot access the applications.

Listing not showing correctly
The issue was regarding my land posting and they did not list it correctly and status shows off the market which is upsetting and we are trying to fix the issue and hoping to solve it soon
The current issue was not resolved, and we have to fix it correctly, and I would like to post it on Zillow so I can sell my land.

Improper information on websites
The apartment were over 300 dollars more than on website.
Drove for 45 minutes wasted gas just to get there and find out that they werent in my budget. Im fuming.

Bad calling service I need customer support now and it’s giving the run around
Submitted an application, paid the Zillow fee of $35, but my Social Security information wasn't updated, so it can't be verified and it's not letting me. Customer support needs to update my information. Otherwise, I cannot submit my application.
Preferred solution: Update my information for my credit check the system had a glitch in it and didn’t let me submit my social to clear the application for the property on Soto in Los Angeles. I’ve already paid the $35 credit check

Please communicate with me verbally.
I do not understand why I can no longer communicate directly with potential renters. I prefer to use my own lease and set up my own appointments.
I am now unable to review any credit or other information which interested people submit. I set prefer to set up as all appointments not be told when I am to show my property as the last Zillow communication stated. It was requested on the 11th and required I respond within 24 hours; however, it was sent to me on the 13th??? Why do you refer pet owners and smokers when I clearly state I do not allow these things?
I abide by all NM Statutes.

Applied for a house for rent paid $70 application fee. Got an approval email from Zillow come to find out that particular house has been sold two years ago was not for rent and some scammer. Got my money and Zillow still hasnt contacted me about the situation, so yeah, pretty sure that I will not recommend Zillow and that it must be easy just to pick a house and make a fraudulent email with all of Zillow criteria and I mean down to unsubscribe if you would like and it also allowed me to download the app and it would take me to my new lease and yeah, it was all a scam but yet Zillow will not return my emails and there isnt a phone number to call to find out the situation

Zillow used wrong data New custom home is worth more th $150 sq ft. by
Zillow estimated my house very low. Dont understand why as brand new custom built home has to appraise for more than $150 per square foot.cost cost was ver 300k.
Older homes with less square footage on the same street appraised for more money. How do you figure that?
