That way people that rent have a option so that they can talk to someone it cut off after the first it asked those people that were part of the realty company to hit one and then after that, it blacked out and didnt say anything, and then it came back on and said you dont have the right code so that was all and I really need to rent an apartment I have a felony and if theyll overlook that that would be great I pay my rent on time. I get paid once a month. I would really like for them to call me or text or email me please let them know. Thank you.

Other than that I dont have anything. Ive never been evicted, but I do need to move out by December as fast as I can I live in Lenoir and thats where Id like to live.

Hello. I am the owner of 1747 Pheasant Dr, Hercules, CA 94547.

I saw my house listed as sale by owner on Zillow. I have no idea how that happened. It is not for sale. I haven't listed it.

The address and the pictures are of my property but other information is not matching. The owner contact number is not mine. When I tried to call that number, it was never answered. When I texted the number and explained what happened, someone said it was a wrong number.

Many people are calling me regarding this listing. Many people are knocking on the doors even before 9:00 am. It is so frustrating. I called Zillow customer service many times but was not able to reach any representatives.

I left voicemails, texted them, and emailed them, but the problem has not been resolved.

Could you please kindly remove this listing? With regards.

Zillow lacks reputable customer service, disregards complaints, employs rigid policies that prevent flexibility in addressing issues, and displays a general attitude of disinterest in customer concerns. Their 'Zestimates' are often not even in the ballpark.

Privacy is blatantly disregarded when details of your home and Zillow's perceived value of your home are made public, especially when it's not even on the market. Their excuse that it is public information is lame. Tax records are often incorrect, especially when frozen for years due to age eligibility.

Their CS rep, Emma's form letter response that I should personally update my records (implied for Zillow's convenience) is absurd. This company and all their affiliates should be banned from the internet for fraudulent practices.

I don't know what to do in order to pay Zillow the thousands of dollars that I owe them as my account manager failed to reach out to me last Friday when I attempted to get a hold of him in order to construct a payment plan to Zillow premiere and my Zillow Premiere account. He reached out to me on Friday I reached back and he failed to reach back to me.

Today is Monday and I was only contacted by my account manager in order to be told that I am now no longer a member of Zillow Premier agent and all my money that I owe you guys is in a collections account. This is all due to the failure of zillow's employee to do his thorough due process and job of managing my account in due time. I have reached out many times today to no avail. My fundamental rights as an American citizen are being violated as I am unable to work and I am unable to pursue life liberty or happiness because I cannot do my job because I cannot pay yet I cannot pay unless I can do my job.

I would understand if I had not reached back out on Friday to my account manager and it was not in writing that I did however it is all in writing and I did reach out to my account manager same day about a payment plan in writing. Kyle my account manager whose number is (720) 550-**** and also shows up on been verified as Todd Zillow account or Kyle Zillow account or Trulia has been not helpful and actually completely obstructive of my entire career. I work in the most Cutthroat Metroplex for real estate in the entire country of America right now brokers requires me to have this account. Because of your employee failing to do his job thoroughly and because of his inability or lack thereof of care in order to do his job thoroughly as manager of a premier agent account I am now without a job and unable to work in order to make any money.

I will not only lose my license or my brokerage and my position as Realtor in Dallas Fort Worth I will also lose my home lose my children and I've lost my job. Because of your employee I may have to file bankruptcy and this is because of his negligence and absolute outright inability or refusal actually to do his job at Zillow Premiere agent. In writing I have proof countless times of attempting to talk to this manager in order to make a payment plan however he failed and because he failed at his job I have lost mine by default.

This is clearly totally in complete opposition of my fundamental right as an American to the pursuit of life as I cannot have one if I cannot work I have no pursuit of Health and I have no Pursuit of due process without finding out how much I can even pay you guys. This is a huge problem and all I want to do is make a payment plan and I do not see a way out of this without suing I do not want to do this and I just want to pay you.

They managed to get a small amount of cash from me and was trying very hard to get a substantial sum. Ay that point I sort of realized something wasn't right and desperately tried to reach anyone that actually worked at Zillow to tell them the set up and ask if that was normal operatng procedures.

I tried all the corporate numbers I could find along with any other numbers listed anywhere on the internet that had a Zillow heading. Absolutely no one anywhere answered any call I made. I left e-mails, messages , anything I could think of trying to illicit a response and got nothing. It was normal business hours in the Eastern and Central time zones and I couldn't reach one live person.

I know automation makes customer service easier on employees but in that day and predicament it was very frustrating. Now, three days later I still haven't heard from anyone at Zillow with the exception of this site I'm on now wanting to know what kind of job they did.
