I am ***, ***, advertising ***. Yesterday, you took my $39.99 from my credit card and then closed my account and tried to act as if I had given you a debit card, which I have never used in my life.
You kept asking me for my bank balance. I paid for premium service, and I am getting no service at all. You don't even have my home located properly on the map.
I hope you will not count these days as paid for premium days. Please do something immediately.

There prices are so off, it almost funny

You cannot assume or lump the price of a home in a subdivision, based on what the price of other homes are or have gone for. There is NO comparison in our home, to almost any other in our subdivision.
We have gotten awards for outside and our inside still looks like the day we bought it as far as clean, newly painted, new carpets, you name it. But, we are the only one who have made serious upgrades and do daily maintenance on every single equipment in this house, to keep it top running. We have a very expensive Smart HVAC system, a whole house Generator, and lovely landscaping. The house across from us, is almost considered nasty, especially the outside Our is immaculate and we spend a couple thousand a year to keep it that way.
Our home is not worth 465K as you say, we wouldn't list for under 500K . We hace had so many people making offers to us almost monthly.

Paid for zillow 35 dollar fee then they charged my again
*** signed up for Zillow on March 29. I paid 35 dollars.
Then I signed in for another apartment and had to pay 35 dollars again.
They said that it's 30 days. I am owed a refund.

Feels like you are being interacted just to try to talk to a real human being on the phone to ask a question about listing your house FSBO that is not on the web. Horrible so called customer service

I am unable to delete a private house...

I am unable to delete a private house owner ad I placed on zillow 7 days ago. The home is now listed with a Realtor.
When I try to change/edit/delete it tells me an error has occurred The home is now listed with a realtor who needs to have my personal ad deleted.

I started to enter my home on Zillow by owner. I had just started inputting and thought I would stop and save it but it got stuck in a review mode.
It's been in there for several days and I still can't access it.
Can you delete it or release it? Also is there a way to save without finishing?

Search for houses that didn’t sell that year
- - Cannot leave a message or get help from customer service.
- - Wants a tool to search unsold and sold listings in the town and see prices.
I get that there is a little Info Info after a house is sold, but we really need to know who tried to sell houses how much they tried to sell them for a basic photo if possible maybe the original listing wording. I feel the only houses selling are the ones that are heavily redone. Regular houses are not selling and they’re not affecting the market in the markets being driven up artificially.
I tried to call customer service, and there was no way to leave a message or get any help. They made it clear that if I wasn't a paid advertiser, they had no interest in what I was saying, unless I was willing to buy a computer and enter it with a computer.
I just want to be able to search for unsold houses in the same town and see what didn't sell in addition to what did sell. This also gives a better indication of what houses are really selling for, how many houses are for sale, which didn't sell, how overpriced it was, how not ready for buying it was, etc.

- Need to comparison shop new houses
Preferred solution: I would like to see a list of the houses that didn’t sell on a particular town with the prices they didn’t sell for to compare to the houses that sold and determine a fair price for my property and also determine what fair offers are to make. Thank you.

Your website allows numerous scammers access to post listings that are not theirs or are already being rented out i confronted the scammer and they hung up and blocked me there needs to be some sort of action taken against this man as he's charging a 100$ application fee for a property that is not his or available

What they list is an estimate for market value. Any inside upgrades or high-end finishes are not considered.
That would be the appraisal. Your real estate agent (when/if selling) will be more proficient at determining selling price after a walk-through.
It sounds like you want bragging rights for the most expensive house. PS, invest in some brick or stone exterior work.
