Bad calling service I need customer support now and it’s giving the run around
Submitted an application, paid the Zillow fee of $35, but my Social Security information wasn't updated, so it can't be verified and it's not letting me. Customer support needs to update my information. Otherwise, I cannot submit my application.
Preferred solution: Update my information for my credit check the system had a glitch in it and didn’t let me submit my social to clear the application for the property on Soto in Los Angeles. I’ve already paid the $35 credit check

Please communicate with me verbally.
I do not understand why I can no longer communicate directly with potential renters. I prefer to use my own lease and set up my own appointments.
I am now unable to review any credit or other information which interested people submit. I set prefer to set up as all appointments not be told when I am to show my property as the last Zillow communication stated. It was requested on the 11th and required I respond within 24 hours; however, it was sent to me on the 13th??? Why do you refer pet owners and smokers when I clearly state I do not allow these things?
I abide by all NM Statutes.
Are you charging listings now?Hiw do I communicate with a human from Zillow on the phone or text? I will recommend Zillow again once I understand the apparent changes or misunderstandings. My phone number is 505 908 ****. Thank you.

Applied for a house for rent paid $70 application fee. Got an approval email from Zillow come to find out that particular house has been sold two years ago was not for rent and some scammer. Got my money and Zillow still hasnt contacted me about the situation, so yeah, pretty sure that I will not recommend Zillow and that it must be easy just to pick a house and make a fraudulent email with all of Zillow criteria and I mean down to unsubscribe if you would like and it also allowed me to download the app and it would take me to my new lease and yeah, it was all a scam but yet Zillow will not return my emails and there isnt a phone number to call to find out the situation

I was not able to speak to or chat with anyone. PC.com and Zillow are both lousy for customer service.

My For Rent listing had several issues I couldn't resolve myself. I contacted, via email, Elizabeth M., Customer Care Advocate, Rentals.
She was fantastic.
Very responsive and precise with identifying the reasons for my problems and suggestions how to fix them. I was really, totally, thrilled with her service!

Agree. Zillow also doesn’t get involved in any rental or purchase.
They are a listing site for available property and real estate agents. They get their money through those that wish to advertise.
