Price despuute I sold my house 2 Hardy Ln westbury NY for $224****but Zillow shows for $249****.pls fix this.I am The seller.
I need to fix the real sold price as it shows more than the sold price.
Actual Sold Price: $2,250,000
Shows Wrong Price: $2,499,999
Please fix it.

I did receive a message from Pissed Consumer about “The owner and property manager more than likely advertised on other sites besides Zillow.THEY are the problem. Zillow has no control over an owner not responding.” The truth is Zillow let certain managers & owners advertise any home or apartment on their website and when it comes down to it consumers are getting the run around when they want to view an apartment.
So Zillow doesn’t really care. I don’t know if Zillow has a Customer Service complaint number where that person can call and express their frustrations about any problems they’re having so it can be resolved. So no offense to Zillow or Pissed Consumer.
That’s just my opinion. Thank you for your time.
I waited a couple more days for this guy to get back to us about showing us the 1 bdr. & 1 bath apt. on 2445 Warren Avenue in Long Beach, but still no response from the owner or manager. I have no clue or idea what the *** is going on with Zillow's website, let alone these managers who don't believe in responding to people who are interested in seeing the apartments that their website has on display!
It is absolutely ridiculous.
And I feel if you're not interested, don't bother to respond back to us, but if you are, please feel free to give us a call! Either you can deal with us or not, because this was a wonderful waste of time on our part, meaning my mom and me.

User's recommendation: I highly recommend if anyone who is looking to buy a home or even renting an apartment I suggest other options besides Zillow.com, there are other websites who are more than willing to work with a person who are interested in finding a home or an apartment. And won’t leave them hanging like Zillow.com!!
The owner and property manger more than likely advertised on other sites besides Zillow. THEY are the problem. Zillow has no control over an owner not responding.

Pictures of my house that I paid for that I would like taken off after I sold it
I paid for pictures for my house to be sold, and I sold it. I expect the pictures to be taken down so no one can use them to resell the house. They must take their own pictures.
Preferred solution: The pictures the pictures I’ve paid for taken down off of the account for 14 Shenandoah Dr., Greenville South Carolina that I paid for
User's recommendation: Do not put pictures of your house on Zillow because they will keep your pictures and use them for future sales which you paid for them and they should have to pay for new pictures if they want to sell house on their own

You have a person that say his name is Andrew and work with you all and he scam me out of money and its been 5 months and I still havent received my money back yet and he keep saying they are waiting on me to send 100 dollars to get my money back through Cash App at first it was if you send a 100 dollar it will be deposited on your apple wallet and I still havent received that yet either

To have them fix wrong info on a home
I have called every number I can find for Zillow. I have emailed call numbers you cant get a hold of a human being to help fix a mistake that is on their end because my MLS has it correct and it is causing my seller not to be able to sell their home do better Zillow do better.

Remove listing
Zillow sent me instructions on how to remove the listing and i followed the instructions and once i was logged in the option they told me to click on wasnt available. So its still listed even though its sold.

Great platform but no customer support
When people falsely flag your listing you have to wait days for email back and forth. The customer service line is for premiere members only.
Rent not being deposited
No answer or resolution when using the 866 phone number. One would hope to have a conversation instead of trying to resolve issues through email.

I Cant get anyone from Zillow on the phone. I need answers to a question that isnt on their website question and answer area. All I need is to talk to someone live on the phone to get an issue resolved .Terrible service!!!
