When people falsely flag your listing you have to wait days for email back and forth. The customer service line is for premiere members only.

No answer or resolution when using the 866 phone number. One would hope to have a conversation instead of trying to resolve issues through email.

I Cant get anyone from Zillow on the phone. I need answers to a question that isnt on their website question and answer area. All I need is to talk to someone live on the phone to get an issue resolved .Terrible service!!!

I want to verify the listing at 355 William St, Somerville, NJ, is legit because I went by to look at the listing, and the house photos were completely different from the house on Zillow. How can I confirm?

I did an application with Zillow for an apartment on Verity in Middletown, Ohio. I have an apartment now, so I have been trying to get in touch with Zillow about my $35 application fee. I'm no longer interested in the apartment because I applied and got approved by another apartment.

If they don't like your reason, they won't answer the call they will just keep repeating the same words over and over and over. There is no option except for one, and if that is not what you need help with it will not help you.

Someone put my house on Zello for sale. And that's not for sale.
