No communication
I have called numerous times about a listing that I put in the MLS as a realtor. An old listing is showing up for that address and none of the new info that has been put through.
The MLS is populating on Zillow., The old info that shows up has the wrong price also says pending, even though it has sold six months ago And is causing a real issue with trying to sell this property. I have called seven times and have left several messages and not one response. Please call me at 941-626-****. The address is 381 E.
LANGSNER St. Englewood, FL 34223. All the other sites have the correct information but not Zillow.
Im getting ready to leave really bad reviews for Zillow on any media platform. I can find if I dont get this resolved.

My name is Teresa Hughes and I have been working for Southern Illinois University for 19 years now. I called Zillow to help me find a place to rent.
One of the representatives set me an appointment for 11/08/2024 at 2:00 p.m. On my way there, I received a text from the representative telling me he wasn't able to make it to the appointment until 4:45 p.m. Now, I'm already there at 2:50 p.m. today, so I texted the representative and told him I was there.
However, he didn't respond so I left. When I left, he texted me and told me that he was there. So I said to him, 'Why didn't you respond to my text?' He couldn't answer that. All I wanted was some help to find me a place to live.
After 19 years of hard work, I didn't expect to be put on hold. I felt stood up.

Almost all rentals say they are equal housing opportunities but in reality none of them will except section 8 housing. Thats not equality.
Most of them wont even message back. Its complete ***

I contacted an advertiser on Zillow, who is also the owner, but they refused to show or send me an application due to my registered service dog.

Listing not active
I have submitted a for sale by owner ad two times. Immediately received a verification phone call after submitting and verified the listing.
After 72 hours still not an active listing. Called customer service contact number. Option one was for our MLS or advertisement. There was no second option.
I called back several times and still got the same choice which was not working for me. I sure hope someone will help 971-235-****.

Waiting on a reason is very upsetting to know we never get a call back so yes can y'all reach out to people who really needs to see and hear that you care about us trying to contact Zillow you have nice homes and apt reach out and help someone that is in need and credit score don't have to be judged cause every with low score pays they rent it just they fell behind in carnotes and etc so then talk don't want to help knowbody live in a nice home where they will fell good by paying they rent and the one who left behind try to understand what's going on in the home to make them be behind that's all I want to say cause we can't take none of this world with us when God call your no Amen Thank you for listening from a low income wonen with children just want to have a nice and safe place to live Than you

Hello, my name is Travis Linkous. I have been using the app, Rent, to find a place to live.
I came across a place in my price range and contacted Phyllis about the property. She said there was a $50 application fee, which I paid and filled out. I then got an email from Zillow saying I was approved. As I was talking to Phyllis, she said there was a $500 security deposit, $700 for the first month's rent, and a $100 pet deposit, so I paid a total of $1,200.
I spoke with Phyllis today, and she said there's a $500 cleaning fee, which seems outrageous. I then contacted Zillow to see about getting my money back. I got an email back telling me I could get my money back for a $200 refund fee. I am contacting you to see if the 'Zillow' emails I received were legitimate or if I have been scammed.
Can someone please look into this and get back to me?
I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After more communication with REALLY POOR inherent "customer service", they did unlock my accounts.
Every step of their process for handling the situation was BEYOND bad from start to finish. But I am able to utilize the service again for my business in the end.
Zillow completely locked my account abruptly with zero message/notification as to why or how to resolve it...
"Customer service" if you can call it that, is minimalist via email only, and what you do get is extremely slow, terrible, and barely helpful once they do respond. This shows Zillow is so big, they don't have to really care about your puny little insignificant problem at all.
A message regarding the details of why the account was locked, how to go about getting it resolved, and more responsive and personable customer service options would go a long way here.
Too bad Zillow is as big as it is...
There are no comparable alternatives, they know this, and it has gone to their heads.
Update: A day later and after a robotically heartless and unapologizing email initially asking for proof we own the building or are authorized to list it for rent, and the proof being submitted to them immediately, there has been no response back after a week and the account is still locked. I tried to start a whole new account and they locked that one too!
Zillow needs to fail because it forgot how to treat customers.

- Exposure to leads
- How they treat users poorly
- Email only customer service with no response
- Poor handling of issues
Preferred solution: Actual caring, responsive, and personable customer service!!!! My accounts unlocked and to be able to do the legitimate business I have always done.
User's recommendation: Avoid Zillow... Use alternative platforms (I know, it's hard... but do it anyway so we can drown this company like they deserve)
Can't see phone numbers of clients.
No email/call to listing realtor with zillow. Still can't access valuable important info from zillow

My account was disabled. Ive spent 2 weeks trying to reactivate my account.
With countless requests to customer support for help. Ive made no progress. I have 6 different emails saying my request has been escalated. What a joke.
I am also a real estate agent so need access to my account. Embarrassed that its taken this long..

I hope this posting helps someone...
I want to share my nightmare of an experience with Tanja Moore, my landlady, who I rented from for 2 yrs. She is dishonest, rude, uncommunicative, and uncaring.
Do Not rent or buy from her, you will deeply regret it.
For the first 3-4 months she kept saying she did not receive my rent of $3000, which was sent to her Zelle account, then deposited in person into her personal account.
I had to do a lot of leg work to prove the money was in her back account all along.
When minor repairs were needed it was always a big deal, and some not approved.
Final straw, now that I have moved out she is deducting money from the security deposit because she says pots, pans and silverware are missing. They were never there...everything in the kitchen I found I stored in the top cabinets in the kitchen and never used anything.
God is my witness, and knows the truth. Why on earth would I lie about something like this?

Need customer service
Trying to change 809 as a Reyes Avenue unit number 257 to a rental. I have changed the MLS status and needing to put this property as a rental immediately.
